one of james brown's capes; this one given to brown by michael jackson. Provenance: James Brown's 'Cape Man,' Danny Ray, acquired with lot 457 below (James Brown's platform shoes). Includes a copy of 'Applause' magazine with the story of a fund raiser for Danny Ray, where the cape and the shoes were bought. A photo in the article shows Brown wearing the cape. A video clip can be provided which shows Michael putting the cape on Brow as they dance.
