Folio format manuscript on laid paper comprising eighty-four inscribed leaves followed by another twenty-five or so blanks, recording legal transactions, mostly the transfer of property, in neat secretarial hands, the entries beginning in 1581 and continuing through to the late 18th century, with one later inscription in Hebrew; original boards, very worn and stained, paper damaged, pages released; sewing perished, 15 1/4 x 9 1/2 in.
