With detailed text information. The chart illustrates and outlines the best images of the Mariner 6 and 7 probes close encounter fly-bys during 1969. These images were then "visually developed and recreated using air brush shaded relief technique". Areas not covered with the fly-bys were air brushed based, in part, on Mariner far-encounter views from Mariners 4, 6, and 7.
