First edition, octavo, inscribed by McCoy, "For Ezra - From a satisfied customer of some years"; dated February 1949, in purple ink on ffep; bound in tan publisher's cloth lettered in black and white; a few tiny stains, spine dull, spine ends just pushed, faint offsetting to endpapers; with original pictorial dust jacket, price clipped, a few small repaired tears at edges, minor spotting; housed in a custom red clamshell box by Dragonfly Bindery along with the letter described below; 8 x 5 1/4 in.

[Together with] Typed letter signed by McCoy to Mr. William W. Seard Jr. of Norfolk, Virgina thanking him for his praise of Kiss Tomorrow Good-bye, and noting the significance of said praise in light of the "vicious" reviews from other critics, "It almost makes me wish I were back making a fast 50 francs a throw from transition: those were experimental days too but at least I had my dreams.
