Single folio-format parchment leaf removed from a manuscript consisting of musical notation and lyrics, notes written on a four-line scale, text written in brown ink with initials in alternating red and blue with rubricated capital strokes and line-fill; some discoloration and dustiness to page margins, possibly used as a pastedown at some point, but well-preserved nonetheless, with prick marks still intact on fore-edge; 14 1/4 x 9 1/2 in.
