Mercury Program blueprint for the main instrument panel. Including spacecraft clock, attitude indicators, and system gages. Left and right consoles with lighted sequence indicators for major flight events and the fuse panel. Panel layout is for capsule 5 (launched in January 1961 with chimpanzee "Ham") and capsule 7 (launched May 1961 with Astronaut Alan Shepard, the first U.S. manned space flight.) Approximately 9x20 inches, folded in half, hole punched along upper edge to fit in the Mercury notebook of Astronaut Gordon Cooper.
