Folio, first folio edition, one of four variants of the fourth edition; engraved portrait frontispiece of the poet by Robert White (1645-1703) bound opposite the title page; illustrated with twelve full-page engravings including images by Peter Paul Bouche and Michael Burghers; divisional titles and separate collations for the subsequent works; all three bound in later half calf, quite worn, in need of rebinding; spotting to frontispiece and following few leaves; some tears, clean tears in center of page 173/174 repaired; front board becoming detached; 14 1/4 x 9 in.
