Paris: The Olympia Press, (1955)

Additional Details

first edition, first issue, with unobscured printed price of 900 Francs on each volume. While the references make no mention of a dust jacket being issued, it isn't hard to imagine the publisher producing these as a way to slip Lolita past the censors, due to the book's already notorious reputation. An excellent example. Kearney 16; Juliar A28.1.1.
