Stoecklin's style ranged from minimalist Art Deco (Gaba, 1927) to master typographer (Der Buchdruck, 1922) to the height of the Neuesachlichkeit with Binaca in 1941 and even a brief flirtation with Surrealism (PKZ, 1934). This early and very rare poster is an inventive, minimalist image, whose simplicity perfectly carries the complex concept of men in airplanes. Stoecklin p. 75.
