Lithograph on cream wove paper, 1943. 269x116 mm; 10 5/8x4 5/8 inches, full margins. From an edition of 35. Signed, titled, dated "11-24-43" and inscribed "To Alice A, Happy Birthday--9-48" in pencil, lower margin. A very good, dark impression of this extremely scarce print.
We have not found another impression of this print at auction in the past 20 years. Another copy is in the collection of the North Carolina Central University Art Museum, Durham, NC.
