Vector Rev is the 1986 winner of the George Wittenborn award, which is presented annually by the Art Libraries Society of North America for outstanding publications in the visual arts and architecture that combine the highest standards of scholarship, design, and production. Osborn named Vector Rev for its design which is "a compressed spiral loading radii off a central point."
