Framed. Baumberger was no stranger to the world of Object Posters featuring items of clothing. His detailed image of a tweed overcoat for PKZ (1923) is considered an icon of modern design, and his poster advertising the elegant top hats of Bauman (1920) similarly highlighted his immeasurable talent at realistic sartorial elements. For this image, which also features a segment of the head upon which the elegant hat from Zurich's finest milliners is resting, seems most certainly to have been inspired by A.M.
