Folio, 275x196 mm, limp liturgical manuscript vellum, recased, endpapers renewed; contents browned, dampstained, and dampwrinkled, marginal soiling, worming in blank lower inner corners in middle of volume, scattered dark stains, genitalia inked out in a few illustrations, hole in blank gutter of A1, hole through O2 causing text and image loss, last leaf torn at top and mounted with substantial text loss.
