Picasso's famous portrait of his friend's wife, fellow artist Ricardo Canals, Portrait Mme. Canals, oil, 1905, is now in the Museu Picasso, Barcelona (Zervos 263). This is a sketch Picasso made of the artist's son, Octavio, playing with a pet cat.
