Signature, "I JPaderewski," on a dinner menu for the "Bohemians" reception honoring Paderewski at the Ritz-Carlton on May 2, 1914, in pencil. The menu features his portrait and a decorative border of ribbons on which is notated, in print, music from selected works by him. 13x21 inches; small holes punched in left margin, remnants of prior matting along all edges, short closed tear at middle left, vertical folds.
