In an image rife with suggestion Pal advertises train travel between Paris and London. The incongruity of fresh, exotic fruits with the service being advertised suggests that Pal designed a generic image, that was chosen by the Western & Brighton Railway, as opposed to executing a commission specifically on their behalf.
