Hand-pulled photogravures produced on an etching press, the images ranging in size from 6 3/4x5 1/2 to 7 1/2x10 inches (17.1x14 to 19.1x25.4 cm.), and the reverse, the sheets approximately 19x15 inches (48.3x38.1 cm.), each with Demarchelier's signature and edition notation BAT, in pencil, on recto.
