Johnson cites other impressions printed in black (there is also an edition of 100 printed in colors), at the Brooklyn Museum of Art; the Clark Art Institute, Williamstown; and the Yale University Art Gallery, New Haven.
Based on Cézanne's ealier painting, Baigneurs au repos, 1875-76, now in the Barnes Foundation, Philadelphia.
