Condition B+: minor loss and discoloration along sharp vertical and horizontal folds; restored losses in lower left corner. Two attentive reporters are photographing and recording an unseen news event, with telephone wires in the background. They are standing on a slope formed by a copy of the newspaper, with the mock headline "no progress without Le Progres." It is a simple, well-executed idea for a Lyon-based newspaper that is still published to this day. Fit to Print 108.
