Additional Details

Large, boldly colored example of one of Driben's famous Pin-Up Girls. He didn't confine himself to any one genre though; one of his commissions for Hollywood was for the original poster art and publicity artwork for the film version of The Maltese Falcon in 1941. Reproduced in The Great American Pin-Up by Charles Martignette and Louis K. Meisel, p. 145, as well as the recent definitive The Art of Pin-Up by Dian Hanson, p. 190.
