From the libraries of Ambroise Firmin-Didot, with his bookplate (lot 350 in his sale, 10-14 June 1884) and Louis-Alexandre Barbet (lot 409 in his sale, 7-10 November 1932), described in both their auction catalogues as having belonged to Charles I of England.
