[32], 160, [84] pages, including engraved additional title. 4to, 275x217 mm, early 19th-century dark blue straight-grain morocco gilt by Simier, Relieur du Roi, stamp-signed at foot of spine, joints starting and chipped in a few places, cover corners worn through; marginal foxing, particularly at beginning and end, unobtrusively repaired clean tear in portrait, ink blot on fore edge of last several leaves slightly showing internally.
