Folio, 343x237 mm, 16th-century 1/4 pigskin, top of spine restored, most of vellum liturgical manuscript leaves on covers removed exposing pasteboard underneath; title soiled with minor restoration along top edge and in lower outer corner, scattered foxing and minor marginal dampstains, blank outer margin of last leaf reinforced on verso.
