28 June, 1919: Typed contract agreement from Boni & Liveright stating terms of publication for Pound's 1920 book of essays Instigations, 4 pages. 12 April, 1934: Similarly formatted 3 page document of agreement regarding Liveright publication of Personae with manuscript corrections and additions. 5 December, 1935: 1 page ALS to Liveright accepting terms of contract. 3 TLsS to Liveright (1922, 1930, and undated), the second letter on Pound's letterhead with marginal tears affecting printed return address; the last letter with marginal holograph note, and with typed footnote attesting to long-time New Directions founder/publisher James Laughlin's bona fides: "This is an exceptional case. Brilliant critic; and not a sponging anthologist." 27/28 December 1933: Typed Note Signed on Pound's printed card asking for "long overdue" royalty payment from Liveright. 2 royalty checks from Boni & Liveright (1923) and Liveright (1936) signed, one with cancellation perforations touching signature in a few areas.
