The letter, "GiaPuccini," to lawyer Dante Lazzareschi, in Italian, in red ink, reporting that Tonio is well, remarking that Suor Angelica is not yet ready, promising to send La rondine, and hoping to meet in New York in November. 1 page, tall 8vo, personal stationery; lower half of verso mounted to front blank, moderate toning to edges, deep horizontal folds, minor smudging to text at lower left. The book, inscribed by Lazzareschi in 1918 to Leontina Cerini on upper portion of front blank above Puccini's letter. 4to, gilt-titled vellum, worn; toned at edges throughout.
