Inscribed in the image, upper and middle center. Correspondence side blank. 5 1/2x3 1/2 inches; all edges scalloped by collector, some silvering along lower and left edges. The quotation, two bars from the opening of his "Ave Maria" in Suor Angelica, notated on a hand-drawn stave, with holograph title ("Suor Angelica") and instrument label ("Campane"). 1 page, oblong 8vo; faint soiling at lower right, minor abrasions at upper edge.
