Thick quarto, third extant edition in English, translated by Anthony Munday, based on the Spanish original, Cronica de Palmeirim de Inglaterra, attributed to Francisco de Morais and Luis Hurtado; lacking preliminary blank and title page (A1 & A2), and two text leaves (A7 & B1); bound in full contemporary calf, unsophisticated and without repair; two leaves in part two torn (B8 & D4) affecting a word or two; K1 in part one torn with loss, worming, 7 x 5 1/4 in.
