Large octavo pamphlet of four leaves, woodcut IHS device to title, papal arms on verso of title, final leaf blank but for woodcut of Saint Jerome at the foot of the cross, final text leaf with censor's signature and remnants of wax seal; bound in modern half parchment with wastepaper boards taken from the title page of another imprint regarding the clergy from a 16th century Italian printer, 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 in.

In this Bull, Gregory grants privilege to the Jesuati or Apostolic Clerics of Saint Jerome, a religious order originally founded by Giovanni Colombini (1304-1367) of Siena in 1360. Gregory XIII also beatified Colombini.
