An internal MSC report describing the findings during disassembly of Astronaut Alan Bean's ITMG (space suit). The objective was to determine training and flight effects on material durability and incorporate any improvements that might be necessary for future missions. Text describes major faults that occurred with the super kapton and perforated mylar materials. Stress failures at the armpit areas and various leg areas were very pronounced. With 44 full-page photographs of Bean's space suit showing the step-by-step disassembly and an 18-page distribution copy of the Apollo 12 Postflight Test Plan. 8x10.5 inches and 60 pages with a ring binding.
