A variant of the American Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash launched in 1950, the Kodak Brownie Flash was manufactured in France in the same year. This rare photomontage poster was clearly targeted to the African market. R. Queinnec, for whom there is no biographical information, designed at least one other poster in the 1960s - also for Kodak.
