This print is accompanied by a dated letter from Peter Thompson, who was an artist and the head of the California chapter of Friends of Photography, to Ralph Gibson. The letter documents Gibson's gifted print to commemorate Thompson's wedding and discusses an upcoming workshop Gibson would give. The lot also includes a photograph of Gibson (10x8 silver print).
