The gag roughly translates to the following: A man comes home to find his wife's cousin's dog outside. He lets himself in and is pleasantly surprised to see his the cousin is visiting. The cousin says his dog has a strong sense of smell and demonstrates this by letting the dog smell his hand to retrieve the last thing he touched. While the man's wife and cousin flirt behind the man's back, the dog fetches the wife's undergarments to the shock of everyone. Irate, the husband chases the cousin away while the wife faints in shame. The cousin walks home, angry at his dog who follows him, still carrying the wife's undergarments. All the people he passes on the street stare and laugh. The cousin realizes what's happening and shouts, "Again??!"
