Provenance: Unidentified collector, with an ink stamp with a cross and a star verso (Lugt 2909, which he indicates appears on 17th century Dutch etchings by Dusart, van Ostade, Bol, Rembrandt and others, in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, and elsewhere).
