Biörklund's first state (of 3); Usticke's first state (of 3), before the slipped stroke from the hat to the left cheek; White and Boon's first state (of 3). Initials NB watermark (Hinterding page 85). With thread margins 3 sides, trimmed on or just inside the pkate mark lower edge. A very good, early impression with traces of burr on the thumb of the right hand, on the outline of the robe lower right and on the horizontal lines at the lower edge.
