Basilisk watermark (Ash/Fletcher 12; the same watermark is on second state impressions of this subject in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and the National Gallery, Washington, DC). A superb, well-inked and crisp impression of this extremely scarce print, with little to no sign of wear and with traces of drypoint above the glove.
