Partial proprietary watermark (probably Ash/Fletcher 38 C a, Moyen Normandie I Germain; which they date to around 1764). A superb, well-inked impression with strong contrasts and partially inky, crisp plate edges, and with burr on the horse's flank and rear left leg, on the left eye and figure of the boy attending the baptising figure and to the right of the left foot of the baptising figure.
