Foolscap with a 5-pointed collar watermark (Hinterding K.a.a., the same watermark on the impressions of this subject in the Musée Jenisch, Vevey, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York). Trimmed on the plate mark,with the entire artist's signature and date preserved in the lower margin. A superb, evenly-printed impression of this very scarce etching with strong contrasts.
