Additional Details

"On Monday May 24 we will start. Wales & his wife are coming and Mrs. R. Why don't you take Mrs. B. with you. We will go to Ralphs. I would like to get the canoes up. Could you Wales & I go on a train ahead from Albany and load canoes on next train which would bring the women. You can take one of my boats. Wright and Folsom are thinking of giving us the annual [unclear hyphenated word] cruise. Harry does not go on his Nansen business till August and meanwhile we are going to have a jury of lunacy out in him. Write me if this is all right & how can we get canoes? Is Ralphs on Railroad. If not what place is? . . . We don't want any d[amn] fiddle on your part - you must go or be forever d[amn]ed."
