Matted and framed. Candy Darling was a transgender actress who appeared in several of Warhol's films, including "Flesh" (1968) and "Women in Revolt" (1970-71) as well as other independent films. One of the original Warhol megastars, Candy Darling died in 1974 at the of 29.
