Chopping was an illustrator and author who is best remembered for the dust jackets he designed for Ian Fleming's James Bond novels. Thunderball was Fleming's ninth novel about Britain's most dashing secret agent. It was also the fourth with a jacket designed by Chopping. His first three designs, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger and For Your Eyes Only appear at the bottom of the image. Rare.
