Additional Details

A fascinating look into how artists submitted their designs for the famed publisher of subscription illustrated books, The Limited Editions Club. A look through Taylor's proposed illustrations, including racy nuns, partying monks, much nudity, and a smattering of sex and violence explains why the highly accomplished but much too naughty nature of these images was not suitable for the staid publisher. It was never accepted.
