Condition B+: vertical and horizontal folds; minor restoration along top edge; slight offsetting in image; writing on verso. Haas worked as a graphic designer and a typographer. In the 1930s, he designed posters for both the Secession and the Hagenbund. Given his work designing sans-serif typefaces, it is not surprising that his posters are primarily typographic. In this beautifully balanced example of his graphic work, the lettering is masterfully hand-drawn. Austria and Germany 219.
