Condition B: foxing in margins and image; creases, repaired tears and small tears at edges and along vertical and horizontal folds; ink and paper stamps in image and text; hinged at top to mylar. Paper.

The Corriere delle Signore was a journal of fashion and literature from 1897 to 1916. Venetian-born Paoletti was one of many artists employed by the Treves brothers publishing house. He also worked as an illustrator for books, journals, and newspapers, such as La Tribuna Illustrata and La Domenica Illustrata, and produced a series of watercolors of Palermo, Italy, that were issued as postcards.
