Bridgman of The Pilgrim Press, Boston, Mass., stating that it is impossible to write something for his publication, as he would only write for The Outlook, adding ". . . I need hardly say how strongly I sympathise with your purpose -- and with the congregationalist!" (the last part in manuscript, as is a single correction to the first sentence. 1 page, 8vo, on "The Outlook" stationery; small repair on verso to a clean tear in body of letter.
