According to Field, this is the second plate produced of this subject, based on the earlier Don Quichotte, etching, 1964. Field notes that, "An edition of unknown size was printed by Sorini, of which Dalí signed 200 numbered prints." Michler/Löpsinger 99; Field 64-4 and page 237.
