The Skylab Medical Experiments Altitude Test (SMEAT) was a 56 day ground test during 1972 to evaluate safety, reliability, and quality assurance of Skylab medical hardware planned for actual space flight in 1973. The Manned Flight Awareness mascot, 'Snoopy', is illustrated being a bit choked-up while enduring the SMEAT experience.
