A New Orleans native, printmaker Sue Smock's art reflects her long interest in non-Western imagery and techniques. Smock received a BA degree from Oberlin College and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia University. She has had a distinguished career as a printmaker and art professor, in addition to having her work exhibited intenationally. Her prints are in the collections of the Allen Memorial Art Museum, the California African-American Museum, the Amistad Research Center, the New Orleans Museum of Art and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.

All proceeds to benefit the Newport Festivals Foundations, Inc., the non-profit organization created by George Wein to carry on the legacy of his Newport Jazz and Newport Folk Festivals.
