Signed Apollo 8 Stamp Commemorative. An 11x12 inch blue folio issued to the Astronauts by the U.S. Post Office Department. The folio's interior pocket allows the display of a full sheet of the Apollo 8 six cent stamp (block 30932). The cover is embossed in gold lettering with the name: "R. Walter Cunningham." USPS, 5 May 1969
