Established in 1897, this Danish shipping company initially served Europe and a number of Asian countries, offering passenger service, as well as trade in rice, timber, oilseed and spices. Today, they no longer offer passenger service, but remain an influential presence in the trade market, with routes that have expanded to include South America.
