Folio, 320x200 mm, contemporary Wittenberg(?) blind-tooled pigskin over wooden boards with concentric rolls of cresting pattern and scenes from the life of Christ signed MV around panel stamps depicting the Seven Liberal Arts, front cover additionally stamped M*C*F at top and 1571 at bottom, ties lacking, spine ends restored, covers slightly warped; marginal toning through much of volume, marginal dampstaining and minor worming without text loss on opening leaves, front free endpaper lacking.
